ART OF GATHERING
This year, during 3 Days of Design, we celebrated “Art of gathering”. The conversations between people, between materials, and the craftsmanship that brings both to life. For this year’s edition of 3 Days of Design, KONÉ welcomed us into their beautiful space on Borgergade, where their universe of handcrafted leather bags entered into dialogue with our world of furniture and objects. Together, we created a shared space built on quality, authenticity, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.

During the exhibition, we unveiled Il Cuscino — our very first collaboration with KONÉ and a meeting of two worlds. Designed by Caisa Leifsdotter and handcrafted from their finest Italian leather, Il Cuscino is sculpted in our patented Silver Root form, where refined leather craftsmanship meets a signature silhouette.
As KONÉ beautifully reflected on their Instagram after the festival: "The world of design remembers something fashion forgot. They celebrate the power of a single piece, not a collection of 100 products competing for relevance." - When you encounter brands that share your values and way of doing business — brands that believe in longevity rather than noise, and most important, that happen to be led by remarkable women with their hearts in the right place — you join forces. In a world saturated with constant distractions, collaboration becomes more important than ever.

We are still overwhelmed by the energy, generosity, and enthusiasm that visitors brought with them throughout the week. The reception of our new designs has been truly humbling, and as always, each piece carries a story close to our hearts.
Among the highlights was the launch of the Forsen Modular Sofa, a collection deeply personal to Caisa.
Forsen draws inspiration from her childhood summers spent at her family’s summer house in Knappforsen, Sweden. As Caisa recalls, life there was simpler. There was no television, no Wi-Fi — just time spent together. Presence, conversation, and connection naturally became the focal point of everyday life and the living room. This sense of togetherness became the guiding principle behind Forsen, without compromising on comfort, quality, functionality, or aesthetics. The modular system consists of four individual elements that can be combined in countless configurations, from a classic three-seater to a corner sofa or more sculptural and unconventional arrangements.

Another important ambition behind our exhibition was to create a space where visitors could slow down, let their shoulders drop, and feel at home. - It may sound simple, but this vision was fully realised.
The space was curated as an exclusive apartment, complete with a dining area, living room, and kitchen. Many of our pieces are sculptural and abstract in nature, and we believe they deserve to be experienced in a setting that feels familiar and relatable. Design comes alive when it becomes part of everyday life. Our Forsen Sofa truly passed its first test. Throughout the week, it invited visitors to settle in with a glass of wine, a cup of coffee, or a sparkling water. Some guests stayed for hours, engaging in conversations with us and each other about design, furniture, craftsmanship, and life. Exactly as we had hoped.

For the second year in a row, our kitchen island was transformed into a DJ booth during our opening celebration on Wednesday evening. Our dear friend Cédric Elisabeth filled the space with music while the exhibition buzzed with friends, family, collaborators, colleagues from the industry, and clients. The atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and full of life — a true celebration of gathering.
On Thursday evening, we hosted an intimate dinner gathering where the setting itself was designed to encourage connection and presence. We shared meaningful moments with friends, collaborators and partners who often work far away from us geographically, and whom we usually only meet through screens and business meetings. For a few hours, the formalities disappeared. We lowered our guard, connected on a more personal level, and truly saw one another.
Dinner was provided by our neighbours at Restaurant Pluto, who had thoughtfully prepared and plated everything for us in advance. We simply crossed the street to collect it before welcoming our guests to the table.
We are deeply grateful for yet another remarkable edition of 3 Days of Design in our beloved Copenhagen.
