Who are we

At CAIA LEIFSDOTTER we craft timeless pieces born from a deep appreciation for honest, high-quality materials. We are a Scandinavian Design House that values ancient architecture, high quality craftsmanship, blending the finest traditions of Europe with modern aesthetics. Our creations are inspired by nature, especially Swedish raw nature, a place Caisa, our founder and designer, grew up and spent most of her childhood and youth, before moving to Denmark.

Honest Materials, Exceptional Craftsmanship

We believe that quality is not just a promise—it’s in the details. Every piece we create tells a story of craftsmanship and authenticity. Our steel is molded and refined with precision, ensuring both strength and elegance. Our marble carries with it the elegance of centuries-old tradition. Our master carpenters bring our designs to life with expert hands, shaping wood with care and dedication.

The heart of our designs is Caia Leifsdotter, or "Caia," who grew up in a family where creativity and craftsmanship were at the core of daily life. From an early age, building things was second nature—whether it was a hand-carved wooden sculpture or a meticulously constructed piece of furniture. These early experiences laid the foundation for Caia’s vision of creating beautiful, enduring designs that honor tradition while embracing innovation. Our collections are a reflection of Caia’s passion for quality, her Scandinavian roots, and her dedication to producing functional pieces that stand the test of time.

We invite you to explore our designs, where the finest materials come together to create a seamless blend of form and function, reflecting the true essence of Scandinavian craftsmanship.

Sustainability

Our carpentry workshop sources only certified wood from
sustainable forests (FSC certification). They have transitioned to LED lighting in production and have planted a forest on their property. Additionally, they recycle cardboard and packaging, while wood shavings and scrap wood are repurposed into particle boards.

We work extensively with steel, as it is a material that can be easily recycled. Our steel production in Italy uses only certified, high-quality steel.

We design and build kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes of the highest quality—meant to last for a lifetime.
