Are you an organized, solution-oriented project manager who thrives on bringing structural artistry, honest materials, and highly customized spaces to life?

At CAIA LEIFSDOTTER, we are a fast-growing Scandinavian Design Brand specializing in bespoke cabinetry, tailored kitchens, and high-end residential interiors that blend refined aesthetics with master craftsmanship. We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to act as the vital bridge between design concept, technical production, and final structural installation.

COPENHAGEN / FULL TIME OR MINIMUM 4 DAYS A WEEK

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client & Project Synergy: Maintain exceptional, transparent communication with clients from initial realization to final finishing.

  • Order & Financial Integrity: Manage customer orders, detailed invoicing, and procurement of premium materials (wood, stone, steel, appliances).

  • Supplier & Site Orchestration: Coordinate master artisans, international suppliers, transport logistics, and on-site contractors.

  • Precision Site Verification: Schedule technical site measurements and guarantee sites are flawlessly prepared for custom installation.

  • End-to-End Excellence: Oversee multiple simultaneous timelines, maintaining rigorous quality control and providing meticulous after-sales service.

  • Brings strong project management or coordination experience, ideally from a high-end interior, bespoke kitchen, or architectural cabinetry background.
